Jícama Rolls

Recipe to prepare jícama tacos with surimi salad. They are very easy to make and above all, a delicious healthy snack that the whole family can enjoy.

  • 1 jicama, large
  • 1 cucumber
  • onions
  • carrots
  • 2 teaspoons cream

  • Cut the surimi into small pieces, grate the cucumber, carrot, and a bit of onion.
  • Mix everything with the cream in a bowl.
  • Cut the jícama in half and use a large grater to slice it into very thin pieces.
  • Place the previously mixed ingredients from the bowl on the thin jícama slices and roll them up like a burrito.
