Jicama rolls

Recipe to prepare jicama tacos with surimi salad. They are very easy to make and above all a delicious healthy snack that the whole family can enjoy.

  • The surimi is divided into small pieces, we grate the cucumber, the carrot and a little onion.
  • Stir everything with the cream in a bowl.
  • The jicama is cut in half and with a large grater it is grated into very thin slices.
  • The pre-mixed ingredients are placed in the bowl over the thin slices of jicama and rolled up like a burrito.
