The surimi is divided into small pieces, we grate the cucumber, the carrot and a little onion.
Stir everything with the cream in a bowl.
The jicama is cut in half and with a large grater it is grated into very thin slices.
The pre-mixed ingredients are placed in the bowl over the thin slices of jicama and rolled up like a burrito.
