Ingredients

10 portions
  • surimi
  • 1 jicama, big
  • 1 cucumber
  • onions
  • carrots
  • 2 teaspoons cream

Preparation

The surimi is divided into small pieces, we grate the cucumber, the carrot and a little onion.
Stir everything with the cream in a bowl.
The jicama is cut in half and with a large grater it is grated into very thin slices.
The pre-mixed ingredients are placed in the bowl over the thin slices of jicama and rolled up like a burrito.

TIPS

You can add jalapeno peppers or remove the cream and add lemon, chili powder, and salt.
