Ingredients

10 portions
  • surimi
  • 1 jicama, big
  • 1 cucumber
  • onions
  • carrots
  • 2 teaspoons cream

Preparation

The surimi is divided into small pieces, grate the cucumber, carrot and a little onion.
Stir everything with the cream in a bowl.
The jicama is cut in half and with a large grater it is grated into very thin slices.
Place the previously mixed ingredients in the bowl on the thin slices of jicama and roll up like a burrito.

TIPS

You can add jalapeno peppers or remove the cream and put lemon, chile powder and salt.
