Kale, Banana, and Apple Smoothie

Delicious incredibly healthy smoothie made with banana that gives the perfect creaminess to tempt you with a touch of kale, the tartness of green apple, vanilla, and cocoa powder. It's very refreshing and nutritious.

  • 11/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/4 bananas, ripe, frozen
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, for mixing and for decoration
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Add kale, water, banana, green apple, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend well until you achieve a smooth smoothie.
