Lemon Spaghetti with Tuna and Broccoli

A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish, fresh, low in calories, and very healthy. Enjoy this tasty lemon spaghetti with tuna and broccoli with your friends.

  • 350 grams spaghetti
  • 250 grams broccoli
  • 2 chives, finely chopped
  • 85 grams pitted green olive
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 lime, (zest and juice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 6 minutes. Add the broccoli, previously cut into small florets, and boil for another 4 minutes or until both are tender.
  • Meanwhile, mix the chives, olives, capers, tuna, lime zest, and juice in a large bowl.
  • Drain the pasta and broccoli, add them to the bowl, and mix very well with the olive oil and a generous amount of black pepper.
