A delicious and easy to prepare pasta, fresh, low calorie and very healthy. Enjoy this delicious lemon spaghetti with tuna and broccoli with your friends.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 250 grams broccoli
  • 2 chives, finely chopped
  • 85 grams pitted green olive
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 yellow lemon, (grated and juice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Boil the spaghetti in water with salt for 6 minutes. Add the broccoli, previously cut into small twigs and boil for 4 more minutes or until both are tender.
Meanwhile, mix the chives, olives, capers, tuna and lime zest and juice in a large bowl.
Drain the pasta and broccoli, add them to the bowl and mix well with the olive oil and a lot of black pepper.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with a little more olive oil.
