Lentil Burger

Delicious and healthy recipe to prepare a lentil burger. This is a tasty vegetarian option to make a rich burger.

  • 1 1/4 kilos potato
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups lentils, cooked
  • 2 cups carrot, grated
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 4 pieces of bread, multigrain
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 200 grams panela cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 220° C.
  • Mash the potatoes to make a puree.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet.
  • Mix the potatoes with the lentils, carrots, garlic, onion, and green onion.
  • Make four balls with the previous mixture and shape them into burgers.
  • Bake for 15 min.
