  • 1 1/4 kilos potato
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups lentils, cooked
  • 2 cups carrot, shredded
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 4 pieces of bread, wholegrain
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 200 grams panela cheese

  • Mash potatoes to a purée.
  • In a skillet, fry onion and garlic.
  • Mix mashed potatoes, lentils, carrots, garlic, onion, and chives.
