1 1/4 kilos potato
1 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups lentils, cooked
2 cups carrot, grated
3 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped
4 pieces of bread, multigrain
1 cup lettuce
200 grams panela cheese

Preheat the oven to 220° C.
Mash the potatoes to make a puree.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a skillet.
Mix the potatoes with the lentils, carrots, garlic, onion, and green onion.
Make four balls with the previous mixture and shape them into burgers.
Bake for 15 min.
