Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/4 kilos potato
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups lentil, Cooked
  • 2 cups carrot, grated
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 4 breads, multigrain
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 200 grams panela cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Crush potatoes until mashed
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan
Mix the potatoes with the lentils, carrots, garlic, onion and green onions.
Make four balls with the previous mixture and give a hamburger shape.
Bake for 15 min.

PRESENTATION

Remove the hamburger and serve it on the bread with lettuce leaves and panela cheese.

TIPS

This preparation is like any hamburger, so you can add tomatoes, onions and pickles to make it even more flavorful; instead of bread you can use roasted portobellos.

O sea se aplasta la papa y de le agrega las lentejas cocidas, y la zanahoria como? Picada, rayada, cocida, aplastada?? Porque no dice

A través de iOS Muy mal explicadooooooo!!! Le Falta información, le Prepare exactamente igual y falta tiempo en el horno,'dice el Precalentado pero no dice cuanto al Meter las hamburguesas y dice 15 minutos y no queda en ese tiempo!!! Muy mal!!!

Lo dice claro una y media taza lentejas cocidas. Y luego mezclar con las papas.
