Lentil Burgers

This is a delicious mega burger recipe, very easy to make and healthy; no fritters, no flours, 100% vegan. The whole family will love it. Enjoy them with a delicious fresh salad.

  • 500 grams lentils
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
Preparation

  • Cook the lentils in a liter of water with the potato, carrot and a little salt.
  • Once cooked add the dill and pepper to taste.
  • Crush the lentils with a masher and start to form the burgers. It serves.
