Lentil Burgers

This is a mega delicious recipe for burgers, very easy to make and healthy; no frying, no flours, 100% vegan. The whole family will love them. Enjoy with a fresh salad.

  • 500 grams lentils
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill

  • Cook the lentils in one liter of water along with the potato, carrot, and a little salt.
  • Once cooked, add dill and pepper to taste.
  • Mash the lentils with a masher and start forming the burgers. Serve.
