Lentil pancakes

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 gram salt, or seasoning
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 onions, medium bite
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic, big chopped

  • Cook the lentils, until they are slightly soft, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool a little.
  • In a bowl place the lentils, onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley and 3 eggs.
  • Incorporate until the ingredients are well integrated.
  • In a pan preheated to low heat, with a little oil, pour the mixture to form the pancakes and fry until it has a uniform golden color on both sides.
  • You can serve them with salad.
