This recipe is for those who do not eat meat for various reasons, and want to enjoy its benefits, since the protein content of the lentil is very high. My family likes them a lot. Test them

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of lentil
  • 1 gram of Salt or seasoning
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 piece of onion medium bite
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
  • 1 piece of garlic big chopped

    Preparation

    Cook the lentils, until they are slightly soft, about 15-20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let cool a little.
    In a bowl place the lentils, onion, garlic, cilantro, parsley and 3 eggs.
    Incorporate until the ingredients are well integrated.
    In a pan preheated to low heat, with a little oil, pour the mixture to form the pancakes and fry until it has a uniform golden color on both sides.
    You can serve them with salad.

    PRESENTATION

    You can serve these lentil pancakes as a substitute for meat, with a salad, or make veggie burgers.

    TIPS

    If the mixture is very watery, you can add a little flour, just to give it more thickness.

    A esta receta le hace falta la harina de trigo para que no se desbarate la porción y que quede menos liquida y consistente, para que quede mas gustosa se le puede hechar ajonjoli y pedazos de pimenton rojo, mejor sabor.
