Lentils with Vinaigrette

Lentils are very nutritious, you can make this recipe for lentils in the vinaigrette to have a very healthy starter. Delicious!

  • 300 grams lentil legumes La Asturiana®
  • 1 chives, cool
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, Colavita® *
  • 50 grams tuna in oil, Pescamar® *
  • 2 eggs, Cooked
  • salt, Sea foam® *

  • We put the lentils in a pot with water.
  • When the water boils, cook the lentils until they are tender (about twenty or thirty minutes) and strain.
  • On the other hand, we cut the chive, the green pepper, the red bell pepper and the garlic clove into brounoisse (minced in very small squares).
  • Mix the chives, garlic, green and red peppers, lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
  • Add the seasoning to the lentils and stir well.
  • We leave the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
  • We serve warm as a salad together with a little tuna in oil or some cooked and peeled eggs, all on a bed of assorted lettuces.
