300 grams lentil legumes La Asturiana®
1 chives, cool
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *
2 tablespoons vinegar, Colavita® *
50 grams tuna in oil, Pescamar® *
2 eggs, Cooked
salt, Sea foam® *

We put the lentils in a pot with water.
When the water boils, cook the lentils until they are tender (about twenty or thirty minutes) and strain.
On the other hand, we cut the chive, the green pepper, the red bell pepper and the garlic clove into brounoisse (minced in very small squares).
Mix the chives, garlic, green and red peppers, lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
Add the seasoning to the lentils and stir well.
We leave the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
We serve warm as a salad together with a little tuna in oil or some cooked and peeled eggs, all on a bed of assorted lettuces.
