Lettuce Salad

We present a very nutritious recipe, perfect for those who like to follow a diet, as it is delicious and low in calories. The lettuce salad is easy to prepare, doesn't take much time, and the combination of fruits with lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, jicama, and the dressing is simply delicious.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 jicama
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 pineapples
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups vinegar
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt , to taste

  • Disinfect all well-washed vegetables; cut the lettuce into not-too-large squares. The bell pepper, tomato, onion, jicama, and fruit should be diced into smaller pieces. Mix very well and add the blueberries.
  • For the dressing: in a container, combine the vinegar, juice of the two lemons, mustard, pepper, and salt. Mix very well and add to the salad.
