Light Homemade Pizza Recipe

  • Pour avocado oil into a hot skillet, add the garlic, and sauté over medium heat, stirring constantly. Then, add the mushrooms and continue cooking until they reduce in size. After that, incorporate the colorful cherry tomatoes, oregano, peperoncino, and enough salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for at least 8 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden. Remove and let cool slightly.
  • Spread enough Bionda® Ricotta over the surface of a piece of pita bread, covering it well, then add the mushroom mixture and strips of red and green bell pepper. Place the light pizzas on baking trays and drizzle with a little avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the light homemade pizzas at 180 °C for 10 minutes or until they are golden enough. Once the pizzas are ready, serve immediately and accompany with pesto sauce and Bionda® Ricotta.
