Soak the soy meat for about 10 minutes so that it gains consistency.
Meanwhile, it's time to grate the whole wheat bread in case you don't have store-bought, it's important that it is whole grain because this makes it much lower in calories.
Mix the bread with the soy meat in a bowl, add the egg whites, salt, oregano, onion
and garlic. You can also add different spices and grated vegetables to taste.
Make small balls in the shape of meatballs and place them on a plate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Remove the meatballs and finish cooking them by dipping them in a typical tomato sauce.
