2 chinese melons
1 package panela cheese, light, cut into medium cubes

Cut the two melons in half. Remove the seeds from all four pieces.
Choose two melons and, using a melon baller, scoop out as many balls of melon as you can. Set aside.
Cut the panela cheese into medium cubes and add them to a bowl.
In the same bowl, mix the melon balls with the panela cheese.
