Melon Salad

Delicious melon salad recipe with a bit of protein from the panela cheese. Perfect for hot days.

  • 2 chinese melons
  • 1 package panela cheese, light, cut into medium cubes

  • Cut the two melons in half. Remove the seeds from all four pieces.
  • Choose two melons and, using a melon baller, scoop out as many balls of melon as you can. Set aside.
  • Cut the panela cheese into medium cubes and add them to a bowl.
  • In the same bowl, mix the melon balls with the panela cheese.
