Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chinese melons
  • 1 package panela cheese, light, cut into medium cubes

Preparation

Halve the two melons. Remove the seeds from the four pieces.
Choose two and with the help of a Parisian spoon (spoonful) take out as many melon balls as you can. Reservation
Cut the panela cheese into medium cubes and add them in a bowl.
In the same bowl mix the melon balls with panela cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve inside the two pieces of melon that were left over.

TIPS

In some supermarkets they already sell the melon balls made.
