An easy, quick, and nutritious breakfast. Perfect for when you want to start your day with a very healthy breakfast that doesn’t take much time to prepare. A recipe so easy that it will take you no more than 5 minutes to cook it.

  • 1 apple, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup raisins, and blueberries or any dried fruit.
  • yogurt, natural to taste
  • 1/2 cups oats, soaked
  • honey, to taste
  • granolas, to taste

  • Place 1 tablespoon of honey (or to taste) in a deep plate. Add the oats.
  • Add the yogurt, apple, nuts, and granola.
