150 grams button mushrooms, sliced

1 clove garlic

Cut the bagels in half.
In a skillet, add oil, garlic, and sauté the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.
Spread the avocado and place the sautéed mushrooms on top.
Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180ºC for 8 minutes or until you see the cheese is golden.
