Mushroom Bagel

  • 1 avocado
  • 150 grams button mushrooms, sliced
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50 grams Gouda cheese

  • Cut the bagels in half.
  • In a skillet, add oil, garlic, and sauté the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper.
  • Spread the avocado and place the sautéed mushrooms on top.
  • Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180ºC for 8 minutes or until you see the cheese is golden.
