This delicious bagel can be eaten for breakfast, dinner or as a snack and at any time you will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 avocado
  • 150 grams mushroom, sliced
  • oils
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 50 grams Gouda cheese

Preparation

Split the bagels in half.
In a pan put oil, garlic and mushrooms to sauté. Add salt and pepper.
Spread the avocado and place the sautéed mushrooms.
Put the bagels on a tray with waxed paper. Bake at 180ºC for 8 min or until you see that the cheese is golden brown.

Hola Sergio, muchas gracias por la observación, ya realizamos la corrección. Es queso Gouda, aunque en realidad puede ser cualquiera que se gratine como mozzarella, manchego, chihuahua etc. Saludos!
