Mushroom Casserole

You can prepare this mushroom casserole when you have guests who don't eat much meat; it can be considered a very tasty vegetarian casserole.

  • 1 kilo button mushrooms, sliced
  • 30 grams butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 serrano chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 slices bacon, in pieces
  • Worcestershire sauce, Maggi sauce, salt, and pepper

  • In the butter, fry the ingredients in the following order: garlic, bacon, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, serrano chili, and tomato.
  • Let everything fry for about five minutes and season with Worcestershire sauce, Maggi sauce, salt, and pepper to taste; serve in tacos.
