Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo mushroom, sliced
  • 30 grams butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 serrano peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tomtato, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 slices bacon, in Little pieces
  • to taste English sauce, maggi juice, salt and pepper

Preparation

In butter, fry the ingredients in the following order: garlic, bacon, mushrooms, morrón, onion, chile serrano and tomato.
Let fry for about five minutes and season with English sauce, Maggi juice, salt and pepper to taste; serve in tacos.
