Mushroom Tacos

  • 2 oyster mushrooms
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • oregano, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • flour tortillas

  • Cut the mushrooms, pineapple and onion.
  • In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the onion, then add the mushrooms with a little salt and leave them covered for a few minutes.
  • Add the pineapple and stir with the other ingredients, add the oregano and continue stirring to avoid burning.
  • Heat the tortillas on both sides on a comal and assemble each taco.
