oregano, to taste

Cut the mushrooms, pineapple and onion.
In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the onion, then add the mushrooms with a little salt and leave them covered for a few minutes.
Add the pineapple and stir with the other ingredients, add the oregano and continue stirring to avoid burning.
Heat the tortillas on both sides on a comal and assemble each taco.
