Chop the mushrooms, pineapple, and onion.
In a skillet with a little oil, fry the onion, then add the mushrooms with a little salt and cover them for a few minutes.
Add the pineapple and stir with the other ingredients, add the oregano and continue stirring to prevent burning.
Heat the tortillas on both sides on a griddle and assemble each taco.
