Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • oils
  • 1/2 onions
  • oregano, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • flour tortillas

Preparation

Cut the mushrooms, pineapple and onion.
In a frying pan with a little oil fry the onion, then add the mushrooms with a little salt and leave them covered for a few minutes.
Add the pineapple and stir with the other ingredients, add the oregano and continue stirring to avoid burning.
Heat the tortillas on both sides and put together each taco.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany the tacos with a green or red sauce and lemon.
