4 baby nopales
1/2 cups refried black beans
1/2 cups panela cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
onions, finely chopped
fresh cilantro, to taste, finely chopped
cherry tomatoes, cut in half to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil

On a grill, roast the nopales on both sides until cooked. Set aside.
In a pan with a little cooking spray, cook the beans for 5 minutes. Season to your liking.
Spread the nopales with a little beans and garnish with cherry tomatoes, panela cheese, red onion, cilantro leaves, and oregano. Enjoy.
