We present a dinner rich in fiber and low in carbohydrates, ideal to reduce cholesterol levels. This recipe for Nopal Tlacoyos with Beans, is a preparation that will not take more than 10 minutes. Perfect for cooking after a long day. Delicious!

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 4 nopales cambray
  • 1/2 Cup of refried black beans
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • onions finely chopped
  • coriander to taste finely chopped
  • cherry tomatoes cut in half to taste
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil

    Preparation

    Grill the nopales on both sides until they are cooked. Reservation.
    In a pan with a little cooking oil cook the beans for 5 minutes. Season to your liking
    Spread the nopales with a little bit of beans and decorate with cherry tomatoes, panela cheese, purple onion, coriander leaves and oregano. Enjoy

    Accompany with chia and lemon water

    TIPS

    If you like spicy food, add a dry chili to the oil before adding the nopales.
