Nopales with Cheese

4 slices panela cheese , thick
lemon juice , (2 pieces)

Clean and disinfect the nopales
Place them in a container and marinate with lime, the two salsas, and salt and pepper.
Put them in a pan over low heat with all the remaining marinade juice.
Cook them for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other or until they change to an opaque green color and lightly brown.
Place the cheese slices on top and let them cook for 5 more minutes until slightly melted. Do not flip.
Serve.
