Nopales with Cheese

4 slices panela cheese, thick
lime juice, (2 piece)
Maggi seasoning

salt, and pepper to taste

Clean and disinfect nopales
Place them in a container and marinate with the lemon, the two sauces and the salt and pepper.
Place them in a skillet over low heat with all the juice left over from the marinade.
Cook for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other or until they turn opaque green and lightly brown.
Place the slices of cheese and leave them for 5 more minutes to melt a little. No longer flip.
To serve.
