Preparation
Clean and disinfect nopales
Place them in a bowl and marinate with the lemon, the two sauces and the salt and pepper.
Place them in a pan over low heat with all the juice that comes from the marinade.
Let them cook 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other or until they change to an opaque green color and brown lightly.
Place the slices of cheese and leave them 5 minutes more to melt a little. No longer flipping
To serve.
