Nut Bars

Delicious walnut bars, ideal to start the day with the right foot. Prepare these walnut bars and consent to the little ones and adults.

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 9 tablespoons honey

  • Chop the almonds, walnuts and walnuts.
  • Mix the almonds, walnuts, coconut, walnuts, cinnamon, salt and vanilla.
  • Add the honey and mix until everything is incorporated.
  • Add the mixture in a baking pan by pressing the mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, 180ºC.
  • Remove from the oven, wait for them to cool to unmold, cut and serve.
