  • 150 grams instant oatmeal
  • 1 egg white
  • 200 water
  • 1 teaspoon soybean oil
  • 3 yeast
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • salt, or spices to taste

  • Activate the yeast with a pinch of sugar and a splash of water.
  • Mix the oats with spices or salt to taste, a drizzle of oil, and the egg white. Add the yeast and water mixture.
  • Stir everything and bake in the oven, you can use a mold. 7 minutes on each side.
  • Let cool and cut into squares.
