Oatmeal and Apple Cookies

Easy and practical recipe, it is rich and healthy as it does not include wheat flour, being based solely on oats. The apple gives it a delicious flavor that everyone will love.

  • 2 cups oats, ground
  • 2 cups oats, flakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 apples, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cream the butter with the sugar.
  • Add the eggs while mixing.
  • Gradually add the oats and apple puree and mix.
  • Finally, add the baking powder, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • As an extra, you can add a bit of flaxseed, raisins, or blueberries to taste.
  • Spoon the dough onto a greased baking sheet with butter, forming the cookie.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
