2 apples, pureed
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Acrema butter with sugar.
Add the eggs when beating.
Add the oatmeal and applesauce little by little and beat.
Finally add the baking powder, corn starch, vanilla and cinnamon.
As an extra you can add a bit of flaxseed, raisins or blueberries to taste.
Pour the dough with a spoon in a tray greased with butter, and go forming the cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes.
