2 cups oats, flakes
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 apples, mashed
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs while mixing.
Gradually add the oats and apple puree and mix.
Finally, add the baking powder, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon.
As an extra, you can add a bit of flaxseed, raisins, or blueberries to taste.
Spoon the dough onto a greased baking sheet with butter, forming the cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes.
