Ingredients

16 portions
  • 2 cups oats, milled
  • 2 cups oats, leaflets
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 apples, pureed
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • to taste liquid vanilla
  • to taste raisin, (optional)
  • to taste liquid vanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Acrema butter with sugar.
Add the eggs when beating.
Add the oatmeal and applesauce little by little and beat.
Finally add the baking powder, corn starch, vanilla and cinnamon.
As an extra you can add a bit of flaxseed, raisins or blueberries to taste.
