Pear Chips

I love these chips, crispy, sweet, and above all, healthy. They are economical and very easy to make. You can eat them on their own or pair them with your favorite ice cream or dip.

  • 3 pears
  • 1 lime, just the juice

  • Preheat the oven to 90°C.
  • Wash and dry the pears.
  • Slice them into thin slices of about 2 millimeters thick (you can use a mandoline for this).
  • Line the baking tray with parchment paper, then place the pear slices on top and, using a brush, moisten the pears with lemon juice.
  • Bake the pears until they are crispy, being careful not to burn them. After 3 hours of cooking, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
