I love these chips, crispy, sweet and above all healthy. They are cheap and very easy to make. You can eat them alone or accompany them with your ice cream or your favorite sauce.

Pre-heat the oven to 90 ° C.
Wash and dry the pears.
Cut them into thin sheets of about 2 millimeters thick (you can use a mandolin for this).
Cover the oven tray with waxed paper, then place the pear slices on top and with the help of a brush, moisten the pears with the lemon juice.
Bake the pears until they are crispy, take care not to burn. After 3 hours of cooking remove them from the oven and let cool.
