1 cup pineapple, in pieces
3/4 cups red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cups red onion, chopped
1/2 cups mango, cubes
1/2 cups mango nectar
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoons lime zest
1/4 teaspoons red chile, mashed
1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1/8 teaspoons cinnamon powder
4 fish steaks, skinless halibut
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lime, juice
1 tablespoon Maggi chicken bouillon

FOR THE SAUCE:
Combine the pineapple, bell pepper, onion, mango nectar, cilantro, lemon zest, red chili, cumin, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; cover.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Bring to room temperature.
FOR THE HALIBUT:
Place the halibut fillets in a large freezer bag, add the oil, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
Seal the bag and gently shake the bag to coat the fillets in the marinade.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the broiler or grill.
Grill the halibut for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the salsa over the halibut.
