Potato Cake with Turkey Ham

  • 1 kilo potato
  • 250 grams turkey deli ham
  • 150 grams Manchego cheese
  • 125 grams low-fat cream
  • 125 grams low-fat mayonnaise
  • 50 grams mustard
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Boil the potatoes with the skin until they are partially cooked, once ready, remove them from the heat and let them cool. Once cooled, peel them and slice into approximately 1 cm thick rounds and set aside.
  • For the dressing: mix in a bowl the cream, mayonnaise, and mustard; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a baking dish, spray a little PAM and place a layer of potatoes, then continue with a layer of turkey ham and cover with the dressing, and so on until you reach the last layer that our dish will allow. NOTE: we must end with a layer of potatoes. Once we have the last layer of potatoes, we put our manchego cheese on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and golden.
