Pumpkin Pizza

  • 4 zucchinis
  • 1 cup Great Value® traditional pasta sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 teaspoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place two wooden spatulas on each side of the pumpkin and make crosswise cuts with a knife, so that with the help of the spatulas you do not cut the pumpkin completely.
  • Fill each layer with tomato sauce, pepperoni, and bell pepper. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
