Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 cup Great Value® Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Extra Special® Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 teaspoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place two wooden shovels on each side of the pumpkin and cut crosswise with a knife, so that with the help of the shovels do not completely cut the pumpkin.
