Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 cup Great Value® traditional pasta sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 teaspoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place two wooden shovels on each side of the pumpkin and make cross cuts with a knife, in such a way that with the help of the shovels you do not cut the pumpkin completely.
Fill each layer with tomato sauce, pepperoni and bell pepper. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Wrap the pumpkins in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until sauves. Serve immediately.
