Raspberry Chia Water

Enjoy the benefits of chia seeds with this Raspberry Chia Water recipe that tastes great and is not the traditional lemon version.

  • 100 grams raspberries, washed and disinfected
  • 5 cups water
  • sugar, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • Blend the raspberries with a little water, then strain the juice through a sieve.
  • Add all the ingredients, leaving the chia for last.
  • Stir well and serve.
