100 grams raspberries, washed and disinfected
5 cups water
sugar, to taste
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Blend the raspberries with a little water, then strain the juice through a sieve.
Add all the ingredients, leaving the chia for last.
Stir well and serve.
