500 grams pumpkin, 3 units
500 grams zucchini, round, 3 units
500 grams winter squash
800 grams queso fresco
4 chicken breasts
basil
ground garlic
salt

Cut the aubergines in halves and hollow out.
Boil pumpkins for 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut them into small cubes and season them with the
ground garlic
and salt to taste.
Place the vegetable filling inside the aubergines.
Cook the breasts on a griddle.
