  • 500 grams pumpkin, 3 units
  • 500 grams zucchini, round, 3 units
  • 500 grams winter squash
  • 800 grams queso fresco
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • basil
  • ground garlic
  • salt
  • nutmegs

  • Cut the aubergines in halves and hollow out.
  • Boil pumpkins for 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut them into small cubes and season them with the ground garlic and salt to taste.
  • Place the vegetable filling inside the aubergines.
  • Cook the breasts on a griddle.
