2 tablespoons rice
1 liter water
1 tablespoon brown sugar, or honey
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 pinch salt
vanilla essence, optional
cinnamon, optional

Soak the 2 tablespoons of rice in water for 1 hour.
Rinse the rice and put it in a pot with one liter of water. Leave it on high heat for 10-12 minutes.
Add the tablespoon of sugar and the sunflower oil.
When it begins to boil, we should lower the heat. Leave it for another 10 minutes, adding a pinch of salt.
After that time, you can add vanilla and cinnamon if you want. You can omit this step.
Let the mixture cool and blend the preparation.
Strain with the help of a fine mesh strainer or a cloth strainer to remove the smallest residues. Refrigerate.
