Preparation
Soak the 2 tablespoons of rice in water, for 1 hour.
Strain the rice and put it in a pot with a liter of water. Leave on high heat for 10-12 minutes.
Add the tablespoon of sugar and the sunflower oil.
When it starts to boil, we must lower the heat. Leave it for 10 more minutes adding the pinch of salt.
After that time you can put vanilla and cinnamon if you want. You can skip this step.
Allow the mixture to cool and liquefy the preparation.
Strain with the help of a Chinese strainer or a cloth strainer, strain to remove the smallest debris. Refrigerate
