1 bell pepper
1/2 red onions
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups brown rice, precooked
1 1/2 cups lentils
3 cups water

Cut the tomato, sweet chili, and red onion into small pieces.
First, wash the lentils well and place them in a pot along with the tomato, sweet chili, red onion, and two cups of water.
When the lentils start to soften, add 2 cups of rice and one more cup of water. Season to taste.
