Rice with Lentils

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups brown rice, precooked
  • 1 1/2 cups lentils
  • 3 cups water

  • Cut the tomato, sweet chili, and red onion into small pieces.
  • First, wash the lentils well and place them in a pot along with the tomato, sweet chili, red onion, and two cups of water.
  • When the lentils start to soften, add 2 cups of rice and one more cup of water. Season to taste.
