With a spoon, I took a blob of the mixture and placed it on the pan. With the plastic spatula I have, I shaped it into a round and flattened form.
It is advisable not to leave it on the heat for too long so that the salmon doesn't dry out. I put mayonnaise on the bagel, lettuce, and tomato, and I ate it just like that.
