Simple Carrot Cream

A very simple carrot cream to make, with the homemade flavor you love. If any family member doesn't eat vegetables, this recipe is perfect for them to consume greens.

  • 5 carrots
  • 40 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 300 milliliters cow's milk
  • 300 milliliters chicken broth
  • 30 grams onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Boil the carrots in water and add the onion and garlic clove.
  • Blend the carrots with the chicken broth and set aside (without the onion or garlic).
  • Make a Roux (melt the butter and then add the flour), add the milk and the blended carrots, and season with salt and pepper.
