100 grams butter
300 milliliters cow's milk
300 milliliters chicken broth
30 grams onion
1 clove garlic
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Boil the carrots in water and add the onion and garlic clove.
Blend the carrots with the chicken broth and set aside (without the onion or garlic).
Make a Roux (melt the butter and then add the flour), add the milk and the blended carrots, and season with salt and pepper.
