Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5 carrots
  • 40 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 300 milliliters milk
  • 300 milliliters chicken soup
  • 30 grams onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook the carrots in water and add the onion and garlic clove
Blend the carrots with the chicken stock and reserve (without the onion or the garlic)
Make a Roux (Melt the butter and then add the flour), add the milk and the liquefied carrot and season with salt and pepper

PRESENTATION

Garnish the soup with a sprig of parsley.

TIPS

You can add a bit of potato to make the soup thicker.

Riquísima y fácil de preparar, licué el ajo y la cebolla junto con la zanahoria y le dió muy rico sabor

Riquísima, solo que yo si le licue la cebolla y un ajo pequeño. Sozone con pimienta y caldo de pollo en polvo.
