Skillet Cauliflower Pizza

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Flavor Stone® skillet

  • 1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, grated
  • 1 cup red beefsteak tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano

  • Grate the cauliflower finely on a cutting board.
  • Place the cauliflower in a bowl with a cloth, cover with cling film, and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess water, making sure it is as dry as possible.
  • Add the egg, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, salt, and mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Place the rolled-out dough onto the FlavorStone® skillet and shape it into a pizza.
  • Pour the sauce, asadero cheese, tomato, and oregano. Cover and cook on very low heat for about 30 minutes or until the dough is well cooked.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
