This soy adobada taco recipe is healthy, inexpensive, and easy to prepare; the soy takes on a ground meat flavor. Prepare it and feed your family healthily.
Soak the soy in enough water for 15 minutes, remove from the water, and squeeze to eliminate excess water, then set aside.
Fry the bacon in a medium skillet (the leftover oil will be used to add the soy) and set aside.
In the same skillet, fry the onion and then add the soy for 5 minutes, stirring. Blend the tomatoes, chilies, a little water, and salt to taste, and pour into the skillet.
Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally over medium heat, and it's ready. Serve the soy in the corn tortilla with a little cilantro.
