Heat water in a pot along with the garlic clove, onion, bay leaf, and salt. When it comes to a boil, add the soy and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat (to prevent it from overflowing). Turn it off, cover, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drain very well and let it cool.
In another bowl, mix the ketchup, orange soda, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lime juice, tomato, onion, chili, and cilantro. Mix everything very well.
Once the soy has cooled, add it to the bowl with the other ingredients and season with salt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes for the flavors to blend well, and it's ready!
