Ingredients: 2 cups soy, texturized; 1/4 onions; 1 clove garlic; 1 leaf bay; water, necessary amount; 3 tomatoes, chopped; 1/2 onions, chopped; 1 serrano chile, chopped; 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped; 1 1/2 cups ketchup; orange soda, necessary amount; 3 limes, (the juice); 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 6 drops Tabasco sauce; 1 Avocados from México, for serving; 6 tostadas, for serving; salsas, of oil, for serving

Heat water in a pot along with the garlic clove, onion, bay leaf, and salt. When it comes to a boil, add the soy and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat (to prevent it from overflowing). Turn it off, cover, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Drain very well and let it cool. In another bowl, mix the ketchup, orange soda, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lime juice, tomato, onion, chili, and cilantro. Mix everything very well.
