1 1/2 liters water
3 serrano chiles, finely chopped
1 sprig epazote
3 zucchinis, diced
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 cup soy grits, cooked and drained.
1 cube chicken bullion
1 pinch salt
1 lime, to taste
Preparation

In a pot, boil one and a half liters of water.
Separately, in a container, dissolve the salt and the consommé in a little water.
Once dissolved, add them to the rest of the water.
Simmer, add the chiles, zucchini, onion, garlic, epazote, and soy semolina.
Let it boil for 30 minutes.
Serve hot and accompany with lemon juice.
