Once it is soft, remove from heat and let it cool.
Wash the soy again, ensuring it is well washed and drain it.
In a saucepan, fry the soy a little.
Blend the nopaler chiles and the guizar chile, 1 clove of garlic, water (just enough so it doesn't overflow from the saucepan where the soy is frying), and salt (remove seeds and veins from the chiles).
Strain the mixture and transfer it to the saucepan where the soy is frying.
Leave it on the heat for a while; once it starts boiling, let it cook for 5 minutes until it dries a little and turn off the heat.
Form the tacos and serve.
